Problem description: After scanning the QR code or installing the profile, the activation does not start or gets stuck.
Possible solutions:
- Check if the operating system and the network operator settings are up to date.
- Ensure that an internet connection is available during activation.
- Follow the installation instructions carefully:
- Open the activation email:
Scan the QR code with your smartphone or tablet, or use the activation link in the email. - Install the profile:
Follow the on-screen instructions to add the eSIM profile. - Activate mobile data:
In Settings → Mobile Data, enable mobile data and data roaming. - Select Simtaly:
Ensure that Simtaly is set as the preferred data connection.
- Open the activation email:
- Unlock the device and check the SIM lock.
- Remove old eSIM profiles and install them if necessary.new.
