eSIM shows no network / no connection

Problem description:  The Simtaly eSIM is installed, but you have neither internet nor a mobile connection.

Possible solutions: 

Check if your device is eSIM-capable and unlocked (no SIM lock).

Activate the options “Mobile data” and “Data roaming” in the settings.

The mobile data should be set to the eSIM from Simtaly (Plus).

Restart the device or briefly activate flight mode.

Select the network manually if the automatic selection fails.

If nothing helps, contact support at support@simtaly.com and send them information about the manufacturer and model, as well as screenshots.
