Refund request

Prerequisite 

  • A refund is possible within 6 months, provided that the eSIM has not been activated.

This is how you proceed 

  1. Compile purchase details: order number, purchase email, order date, and payment method.
  2. Send request: Email to support@simtaly.com

Notes 

  • After the eSIM has been activated, a refund is not possible.
  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method.Times until crediting may vary depending on the provider.
