Quick Check 

  • Is the payment method entered correctly?
  • Is the balance/credit limit sufficient?
  • Browser and device software up to date?

Troubleshooting 

  1. Reload the page and restart the process.
  2. If possible, use another browser or another device.
  3. Temporarily disable pop-up/tracker blocker.
  4. For cards: Authorise 3D Secure/online payments in the banking app.
